Your new company, Hays, are recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager in Manchester City Centre. The CRM will be responsible for engaging warm leads, nurturing prospective clients, and converting inbound enquiries into qualified appointments. The successful candidate will:
- Receive, prioritise, and respond to warm leads generated through marketing, referrals, and inbound channels.
- Proactively contact prospective clients via phone, email, and messaging to understand their needs.
- Convert warm leads into booked appointments, consultations, or sales opportunities for advisors.
- Follow structured lead-nurturing processes to maximise conversion rates.
