The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Joiner, you'll take the lead on joinery works while also supporting with a range of multi-trade repairs - ensuring jobs are completed right first time. No two days are the same - you'll be out on site, solving problems, supporting residents, and delivering a top-class service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out high-quality joinery repairs and installations
- Completing multi-trade tasks to ensure efficient first-time fixes
- Delivering excellent customer service on every job
- Maintaining accurate job records and reports
- Managing your workload independently and efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
- Keeping your vehicle, tools, and stock in great condition
- Participating in an on-call rota (£525 per on-call week)
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong joinery expertise with multi-trade experience
- Experience in customer-facing, target-driven roles
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the go
- Solid understanding of health & safety practices
- Social housing experience (desirable)
