The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Joiner, you'll take the lead on joinery works while also supporting with a range of multi-trade repairs - ensuring jobs are completed right first time. No two days are the same - you'll be out on site, solving problems, supporting residents, and delivering a top-class service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out high-quality joinery repairs and installations
  • Completing multi-trade tasks to ensure efficient first-time fixes
  • Delivering excellent customer service on every job
  • Maintaining accurate job records and reports
  • Managing your workload independently and efficiently
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
  • Keeping your vehicle, tools, and stock in great condition
  • Participating in an on-call rota (£525 per on-call week)

What We're Looking For

  • NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong joinery expertise with multi-trade experience
  • Experience in customer-facing, target-driven roles
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the go
  • Solid understanding of health & safety practices
  • Social housing experience (desirable)
  • Access to your own power tools (essential)
