Your new company My client, one of the UK's largest logistics organisations, is seeking a professional Marketing Manager with experience in building modern campaigns and developing new (or updated) propositions for expanding markets. This is initially a 12-month contract. Based in Liverpool with ample free parking, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
Your new role The position is offered full time, Monday to Friday with standard working hours 09:00 am until 17:00 pm. There is some flexibility around this. A hybrid model is also in place, working from home 1 day per week. You will be joining a small yet highly productive and performing team who are extremely visible across the whole of the business.
Experience within logistics/transport/maritime is desirable. Some of your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Develop new (or updated) propositions for expanding markets; Defence / Energy / Construction / Automotive
- Working closely with insights teams/business development/commercial and sales teams to drive understanding of effective go-to-market propositions for each sector
- Build into modern campaigns across multi-channel executions
- Translate business initiatives into content and communications
- Convert the content plan into a suite of creative and targeted marketing activity that is measurable
- Produce content as part of all communications activity i.e. press releases, blogs, case studies, internal literature
- Event manage, as part of business delivery
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and develop key initiatives to drive regional, national and international awareness of the company brand
