This is not a traditional customer service role.

You ll be working closely with an established customer base across the UK, supporting enquiries, processing orders and delivering excellent service, whilst also identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and promote new products and special offers.

The customers already know the business, so this is about building relationships, adding value and helping to drive growth rather than cold calling.

You ll work alongside external sales colleagues, manage customer relationships of your own and become a trusted point of contact for customers across a variety of sectors.
