This opportunity has been created to support an experienced Maintenance Manager as part of a long-term succession plan.

Over the coming years, you ll work closely alongside him, developing the technical and leadership skills needed to progress into the role yourself.

Working within a specialist manufacturing environment, you ll support the maintenance, reliability and continuous improvement of around 30 key production assets, including hand presses, hydraulic and air servo presses, rolling machines, crimping presses and dispensers.

Alongside planned and reactive maintenance, you ll become heavily involved in improving maintenance systems, developing asset knowledge, supporting maintenance planning, identifying critical spares and helping shape the future of the maintenance function.

The business is looking for a mechanically biased engineer with good electrical capability and a strong safety-first mindset.
