As the business continues to grow, they are looking to appoint another Project Manager to support an expanding portfolio of client projects. No two projects are the same. One week, you could be supporting a major software implementation. The next, you might be helping a client deliver organisational change, improve operational efficiency, develop new ways of working or implement improvements across areas such as technology, fleet management, estates strategy or wider back-office services. The common thread throughout every assignment is transformation. Clients engage this consultancy because they need projects delivered professionally, efficiently and with minimal disruption to their operations. They need people who can bring structure, momentum and clarity to complex initiatives. That's where you come in. This role would suit a Project Manager who enjoys being at the centre of delivery. Someone who naturally creates momentum, enjoys building relationships and takes pride in keeping projects moving forward. You'll be responsible for maintaining project plans, managing RAID logs, coordinating stakeholders, organising and chairing meetings, producing project documentation and ensuring actions are followed through to completion. You'll work closely with clients, challenge where appropriate, hold people accountable and help ensure projects remain on track from initiation through to delivery. Most importantly, you'll become a trusted partner to your clients. The successful person will be someone who doesn't wait to be told what needs doing. You'll spot issues before they become problems, chase actions when others have moved on and take genuine ownership of outcomes. You'll be well organised, highly proactive and comfortable managing multiple workstreams while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. The consultancy itself remains deliberately agile and collaborative. Unlike larger organisations, your contribution won't disappear into layers of hierarchy. Your work will be visible, your ideas will be heard and your development will be actively supported. You'll report into a highly experienced Transformation Programme Manager and work alongside a talented team of project and programme professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for their clients.
