Role Details

  • Contract: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract
  • Hours: 37 hours per week - Monday to Friday
  • Location: LE1
  • Working pattern: Hybrid - minimum of 2 days per week in the office, typically Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Salary range: £32,000 - £33,000

Candidate Requirements

We're seeking applicants with substantial payroll administration experience, ideally gained within the public sector and, preferably, within a Higher Education environment. Candidates should demonstrate:

  • Experience of pension administration
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage their own workload effectively
  • The confidence and capability to provide guidance and support to Payroll & Pensions Co-ordinators on more complex payroll and pensions matters

Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must be able to hit the ground running, integrate quickly into the team, and make an immediate contribution.
