An exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Experience Manager, Customer Success Manager or Account Manager to join a growing business and take ownership of key customer relationships. This role reports directly to the Customer Experience Director and includes line management of 1 direct report.
You'll be responsible for building stronger existing customer relationships, improving the customer experience, coordinating customer projects and working with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction, retention and business growth.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience managing customer relationships within a B2B environment
- A background in Customer Experience, Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service or Relationship Management
- Experience using CRM systems to manage customer activity and drive improvements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively
- Experience coordinating projects, schedules or service delivery activities
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities for customer growth and retention
- Previous leadership or people management experience would be advantageous.
Desirable Experience:
- Manufacturing, engineering, technical services or service-led industries
- Customer journey improvement or customer experience initiatives
