About the Role
Due to our client’s continued business expansion, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Representative fluent in Italian to provide potential and existing customers with exceptional service. You will play a key role in identifying customer needs, responding to queries, and collaborating with internal departments to optimise customer service, build brand awareness, and drive our new digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing new sales opportunities using outbound emails, calls, and lead follow-ups.
- Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services.
- Managing the complete sales process from initial lead to final customer conversion.
- Providing accurate quotes and pricing to customers.
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to enhance customer service and brand awareness.
- Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives and updating customers on new product features.
- Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive brand experiences.
