Your new company Bristol based government organisation Your new role You will be joining the Regulatory team as an investigative enforcement officer, working to compile evidence and generate to enforce government legislation: Key Responsibilities Manage and assess regulatory and compliance cases from initial enquiry through to resolution.

Investigate alleged breaches of legislation, policy and regulatory requirements.

Review evidence and make informed recommendations based on regulatory frameworks.

Support compliance monitoring, audit and inspection activity.

Apply enforcement measures and sanctions where appropriate.

Interpret legislation, policy and guidance to support decision-making.

Provide expert advice and guidance to operational teams and stakeholders.

Maintain accurate records and case management documentation.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of regulatory processes and compliance outcomes.
