Your new role
You will play a key role in supporting a busy team with a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating diaries and scheduling meetings by sending out polls and managing responses
- Preparing and distributing agendas and meeting papers
- Taking accurate minutes and following up on action points
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including arranging guest speakers
- Supporting with travel arrangements and event logistics
- Providing general PA and senior administrative support as required
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced administrator or PA with excellent organisational and communication skills. You should be confident using Microsoft Office tools and managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will be immediately available or available at short notice and ready to hit the ground running.
