The organisation works closely with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver property improvement and installation projects, ensuring high levels of service, quality, and compliance throughout the customer journey.
As an Installer Support Advisor, you will play a key role in coordinating installation projects and supporting both customers and contractor partners throughout the delivery process. Working within a fast-paced operations environment, you will be responsible for ensuring work progresses efficiently, service standards are maintained, and all administration is completed accurately.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinating and monitoring installation works to ensure they progress in line with agreed processes and service levels.
- Managing work queues, shared inboxes, databases, and CRM systems.
- Allocating work and tracking progress through internal systems and reporting tools.
- Supporting users with system and process queries and escalating issues where appropriate.
- Liaising with customers by phone and email to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Ensuring all customer interactions and project updates are accurately recorded.
- Identifying delays or challenges and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to find solutions.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous experience in a customer service, operations support, administrative, or coordination role.
- Experience managing multiple tasks and prioritising workloads within a KPI- or SLA-driven environment.
