Your new role As an Inside Sales Representative, you will take a hands-on approach to outbound sales, identifying and booking sales-qualified meetings with decision-makers in mid-sized to enterprise organisations across the UK, Europe, and North America. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help refine messaging, manage outreach, and build pipeline opportunities for two AI-driven solutions focused on business process automation and identity verification. These solutions are well-established in the market and offer significant commercial value-your mission is to connect them with the right prospects. What you\'ll need to succeed What You\'ll Need to SucceedTo excel in this role, you should have: Proven experience in inside sales or as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), ideally within B2B technology or services. Excellent communication skills-persuasive, professional, and confident in engaging decision-makers. Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to articulate business benefits effectively. IT literacy-comfortable discussing software solutions and understanding business pain points. Ability to work independently while meeting activity and results targets. UK-based with reliable internet and availability during UK business hours. A can-do mentality, driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.Preferred experience includes: Selling SaaS, AI, automation, or compliance-related solutions. Familiarity with verticals such as insurance, logistics, legal, education, or financial services.
