Your new role as HR Manager involves taking full ownership of the operational delivery of HR services across the organisation, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives and compliance with UK employment legislation. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, leading on all aspects of the employee life cycle while driving continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Partnering with leadership to develop and deliver the people strategy
  • Managing a full range of employee relations matters including performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Leading talent attraction initiatives through a multichannel recruitment approach
  • Overseeing onboarding, training and development programmes
  • Driving engagement, retention and internal communication initiatives
  • Managing appraisal processes and supporting performance management
