An excellent opportunity for a HR Advisor to work within a fast-paced commercial organisation committed to excellence. My client is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor encompassing all generalist HR duties, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to step up to an HR Advisor role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage disciplinaries and grievances
  • Oversee sickness absence and performance management
  • Handle flexible working requests, maternity, and paternity leave
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
  • Induct new starters and manage all HR administration
  • Prepare offer letters and contracts for new employees
  • Manage starters and leavers processes

This role is on site 5 days per week in Bedford.

Requirements:

  • You will either have experience as an HR Advisor or will be looking for that next step from HR Assistant/ HR Co-ordinator level.
  • You must have experience managing low-level ER cases from end-to-end.
  • You must have experience managing recruitment and selection from end-to-end.
  • You will ideally be qualified to level 3 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
  • You must be able to start with no more than 1 month's notice.
