Your new company You will be joining an independent and prestigious corporation within the investment banking industry. They are looking to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to join their small team, supporting commercial and private affairs as an integral member of the organisation. Your new role As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a professional and efficient administrative service within the main office function, and be EA to the Managing Director and owners. The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Liaising with external stakeholders and suppliers to renew / arrange key contracts. Diary / mailbox management for the Managing Director and owners. Organise events, meetings and handle client correspondence. Arrange travel, both domestic and international. Day to day management of office premises. Document management and general administration. Act as a gatekeeper for external queries. Handle the owners' personal affairs and projects with confidentiality and discretion. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience working in a similar role. Experience as an EA within the financial services (desirable). IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office with moderate to excellent excel skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
