We are looking for a hands-on, reliable Estate Assistant to join a dedicated team maintaining welcoming, safe, and well-kept communities across Crawley. This is more than just a maintenance role - it’s about creating environments residents are proud to call home.
What you’ll be doing:
- Maintaining grounds and gardens (lawns, shrubs, planting and upkeep)
- Keeping communal indoor areas clean, safe and presentable
- Identifying and reporting issues like repairs, fly-tipping, and graffiti
- Working closely with residents, colleagues, and contractors
- Helping ensure estates are well-maintained, safe, and welcoming
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in grounds maintenance or gardening
