Customer Service Adviser – Fluent Dutch speaking. West Yorkshire – can be based in Wakefield or surrounding areas. Salary: Circa. £27,000 + Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Adviser. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients, addressing their enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch. Provide accurate information about products and services. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
