Your new company is a utilities company based in Exeter. This role is to start from 8th June until June 2027. Pay is £13.45 per hour. The working days are a job share: 2 days per week from June until September (7.5 hours per day), then 4 days per week in September to cover annual leave, back to 2 days from October to November, and finally 4 days per week from December until maternity leave finishes (30 hours).
Your new role involves administration for the utilities teams on site, occasionally covering reception in the office. Duties include replying to emails, answering telephone calls, taking messages, filing, printing, scanning, and photocopying.
