This is your opportunity to be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of human-technology interaction.\\nYour new role\\nAs a Data Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting the development of AI systems by delivering high-quality labelled data across multiple modalities β including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
You'll work with internal tools and guidelines to ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and operational excellence.\\nKey responsibilities include:\\n\\nWork with a diverse range of data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video\\nDeliver high-quality labelled data using provided guidelines and in-house tools, supporting commitment to responsible AI development. \\nDemonstrate proficiency in generating accurate human insight data across multiple modalities: text, image, video, and audio. \\nAnalyse root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to improve the quality of labelling tasks and outputs.
\\nSupporting daily operations and contributing to team deliverables\\nIdentifying patterns and proposing solutions to improve data quality\\nSuggesting process and tool improvementsWhat you'll need to succeed\\n\\nBasic qualifications:\\n\\nCEFR C1+ fluency in German and English (written and spoken) β PLEASE NOTE β you MUST have German to this level in order to be considered.
