Your new role:
- Update the in-house portal with letters and notices.
- Update and deal with leaseholder requests on the portal.
- Ensure contractor information, including insurance, is maintained and monitored and kept up to date.
- Raise works orders for distribution to contractors.
- Liaise with contractors regarding maintenance issues.
- Maintain and keep updated property folder information.
- Manage and monitor the property keys/access.
- Daily use of computer systems.
- Answering the telephone.
- Responding to leaseholder queries by letter, email and telephone in line with company procedures.
- Any other tasks as required.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous experience in an administration role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Accurate administrative skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good IT Skills.
