Our client is a market leader in their field, well-established with a strong customer base. They are currently looking for a new member of the customer support team due to a staff member relocating.
Your new role
You will be part of a critical team supporting their largest client accounts globally. On a day-to-day basis, you will be supporting customers over email and sometimes over the phone, dealing with enquiries and raising requests on the CRM system. You will be managing the inboxes, processing customer orders in a timely manner and providing customers with updates.
