My client, a global manufacturing business based in Ellesmere Port, is seeking a professional Customer Service / Order processor to join their team on a permanent basis.
Working from contemporary offices with ample free parking, you will be joining a well-established, fast-paced team who pride themselves on the service they provide to their international client base.

Your new role
The position is being offered full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid model in place, working from home one day per week.
They have a flexible working shift pattern as follows: 7am until 15.00pm, 8am until 16.00pm, 9am until 17.00pm or 10am until 18.00pm.
This is a very fast-paced role and will suit a candidate who possesses an excellent eye for detail and thrives in an ever-changing environment.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to
Provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers
Address complex customer requests and proactively follow up on deliveries, enquiries, and issues.
Building excellent relationships with customers and going the extra mile to ensure the company remains as first choice.Collates and prepares all relevant documentation applicable to each movement β e.g. Certificates of Analysis, Customs and Shipping invoices, Packing Lists, Consignment Notes/Delivery Notes and invoices.Booking final dates for orders and maintaining the system, keeping all orders current and accurateWorking with an exceptional eye for detail β especially when raising appropriate export documentation
Resolving customer complaints
What you\βll need to succeed
Proven history in an office-based customer service / order processing position, ideally within manufacturing
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Knowledge of both import and export is an advantage.
SAP knowledge would be desirable
