Your new company is a global leader in electronic manufacturing, seeking a professional customer service coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. If you have a passion for going that extra mile and are used to working at a fast pace, we want to hear from you.

Working from modern offices, you will be joining a well-established team who offer support and career progression.

Your new role is full time, Monday to Friday, and fully office-based. You will report directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for managing customer relationships and supporting the sales process. The role involves:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Maintaining communication
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer needs
  • Managing customer backlogs
  • Supporting sales generation
  • Contributing to lead generation efforts

Some of your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing exemplary support to customers by processing orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining regular communication with customers, offering updates and reports on the status of their orders
  • Working with account managers to provide support in driving through new and repeat sales by promptly responding to customer enquiries
  • Providing product information and preparing accurate quotes within specified timeframes
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and email prospecting
  • Working closely with colleagues in Field Sales, Product Management, and other departments to meet customer needs and achieve shared goals
  • Dealing with general office administration and data entry

  • Proven history in a fast-paced order processing/customer service position
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong planning and organisation skills
  • Familiarity with working with CRM systems
