HR Administrator Crewe Immediate Start 3 months

Your new company A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join its busy People team on an initial 3-month temporary contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive HR professional to gain exposure to a broad range of HR activities within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Your new role As HR Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support across the employee life cycle, ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently and accurately.

Duties will include

Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts and employment documentation.

Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR systems are accurately updated.

Coordinating recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and pre-employment checks.

Managing HR inbox queries and acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers.

Supporting payroll administration through the accurate processing of employee changes.

Maintaining compliance records, right-to-work documentation, and training records.

Assisting with sickness absence administration and employee relations documentation.

Producing HR reports and supporting HR projects as required.

Ensuring confidential employee information is handled in line with GDPR requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in an HR Administration role.

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experience using HR systems would be advantageous.

CIPD Level 3 or working towards a qualification would be beneficial.
