Your new company Due to the partnership between Hays and a local authority within the West Midlands, we are looking to recruit a Corporate Services Officer to join the team. Your new role As a Corporate Services Officer, you will be working with other CSOs within the team to maintain a shared inbox to ensure emails are responded to and tagged to the relevant members of staff. You will be working on raising any purchase orders and invoices. As a Corporate Services Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring all meetings are set up, rooms are set up, invites are set up and you will be minuting the meeting. In addition, you will also be distributing the notes, and following up, post meeting. What you’ll need to succeed You will need experience of working in a busy administrative, and possible office management. You will need to demonstrate willingness to learn and support organisational change. Furthermore, you will need to have previous experience of minuting taking or audio typing. In addition, this role will be an ASAP start,. Before starting, you will need to pass your reference and compliance checks.
