Are you a confident Welsh speaker with excellent customer service skills and strong IT confidence? We are recruiting on behalf of a government body for a temporary Team Support Advisor to join a busy frontline support team. This is a varied role where you will act as the first point of contact for members of the public and businesses, providing information, guidance, technical support and signposting through a range of channels including telephone, email and online systems.
What you will be doing:
- Handling customer enquiries in both Welsh and English
- Providing first-line support for digital services, including password resets and account access issues
- Diagnosing customer needs and resolving enquiries at first point of contact where possible
- Escalating more complex issues to specialist teams
- Updating and maintaining accurate records using CRM systems
- Conducting research and providing information to customers and businesses
- Referring customers to relevant support services and external organisations where appropriate
- Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting a high-volume contact environment while maintaining excellent service standards
