Your new company is a financial services company based in the Nantgarw area.

Your new role involves working as a Customer Service Advisor, responsible for dealing with a wide range of customer queries via telephone and email. You will provide first-class customer service and handle queries in a polite and efficient manner.

What you'll need to succeed: You should have previous experience in a customer service capacity and be comfortable speaking to customers at all levels. Previous call centre experience is highly desirable. Full training will be provided, but you should understand the fundamentals of providing good customer service.

What you'll get in return: This is a temporary role to start ASAP. The hourly rate for the role is £12.71 per hour, with hours of work being 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. There may be opportunities to work overtime. The start time is 9am, finishing at 5.15pm, with a 45-minute lunch break. There could be some flexibility with start/finish times if required. The role is likely to last until 31/12/26 with a possible extension. Full competency in the role is typically attained after 3-6 months. There will be an opportunity to work in a hybrid model, which is 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Please note that you will need to successfully pass a credit check and DBS check as part of the onboarding process.
