Your new company Hays are recruiting for a Client Services Executive on a permanent basis. This role is based in central Manchester and is fully office-based.

Are you an experienced customer service professional looking to bring your skills to a dynamic, high-performing organisation? An award-winning professional services firm is seeking a Client Services Executive to join its busy and fast-growing Client Services team.

Your new role As a Client Services Executive, you will:

  • Communicate with clients across multiple channels, providing exceptional customer service and supporting them with their enquiries.
  • Accurately obtain and record client information using case management software.
  • Escalate new enquiries to relevant departments and record feedback promptly.
  • Maintain an up to date understanding of all internal departments and services.
  • Manage workloads effectively, ensuring tasks and shared inboxes are completed and cleared daily.
  • Assess incoming enquiries and provide accurate quotes where applicable.
  • Support departments with matters of opening and completion of checks.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the team and wider business.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing or customer service role, within professional services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload independently and meet deadlines.
