Part-time role - 2 Days per week (Tuesday and Friday, whilst training for the first 3 weeks, they would require 3 days in the office).
Central London location - state-of-the-art offices 8am-5pm.

As a Receptionist / Office Assistant, you will be the professional and welcoming first point of contact at the organisation's City of London head office. This front‑of‑house role blends reception responsibilities with wider office support, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and an efficient working environment for employees.
Daily duties include:
- Managing the reception desk
- Welcoming visitors
- Coordinating meeting rooms
- Maintaining boardrooms
- Supporting facilities
- Handling office supplies
- Overseeing deliveries and post
- Assisting with Health & Safety tasks
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
You will be someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service and enjoys being a central "go‑to" person within the office. You'll bring:
- Previous front‑of‑house & minimum 1-2 years reception experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word
- A professional, friendly, and approachable manner
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
