This company based in Enfield is recruiting for a Customer Service Rep to join their team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months. This company is a well-known company with proven success and a recognisable brand. This role is 5 days/week (Monday to Friday), 8 hours/day with all 5 days in the office.
Situated within the Customer Service team, the purpose of this role will be to handle outbound calls to customers, with the duties including:
- Make outbound calls to customers to confirm orders, follow up on enquiries, service requests, and gather any data updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information within the system.
- Research to enrich existing customer data and ensuring contact details are correct and up to date.
- Resolve or escalate customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role.
- Prior experience working to KPIs and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to liaise with internal staff and external customers/clients.
- Resilient individual with a self-starter attitude and strong desire to succeed.
- Proficient with MS Office and relevant/similar software.
- Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks to meet targets.
