As an Engineering Procurement Coordinator / Assistant Buyer, you will support the end-to-end procurement process within the engineering team. Based in their London office, you will be part of a collaborative and growing team supporting international supply chains, primarily across the Middle East. Your new role

  • Preparing and issuing RFQs based on internal stakeholder requirements
  • Analysing and comparing supplier quotations
  • Negotiating pricing, lead times and commercial terms
  • Raising and processing purchase orders
  • Managing supplier relationships and monitoring delivery schedules
  • Producing reports and maintaining accurate data within SAP
  • Supporting administrative tasks including documentation, correspondence and database management

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or a commercial admin role
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP) is highly desirable
  • Understanding of procurement principles, INCO terms or international trade (advantageous)
  • A proactive, flexible attitude with a willingness to learn
