Hays are delighted to be partnering with a growing international organisation to recruit a Business Operations Assistant to join their London-based team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys working across multiple business functions.
You'll play a key role in supporting business operations, project coordination, governance activities, leadership reporting and internal communications within a fast-paced international environment.
The Role Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will:
Support project coordination, reporting and business operations activities.
Prepare presentations, leadership updates, meeting packs and business documentation.
Coordinate commercial contracts, agreements and related documentation.
Maintain governance records, business archives and project documentation.
Track actions and ensure follow-up activities are completed.
Support marketing initiatives and business development communications.
Coordinate activity across multiple departments and stakeholders.
Assist with management reporting and business updates.
Ensure documentation is maintained accurately and in line with company processes.
About You To be successful in this role, you'll have
Previous experience within business operations, project coordination, governance, administration or a similar support function.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail and document management capabilities.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power Point and Share Point.
Fluent Italian and English language skills, both written and spoken.
Experience working within an international business environment.
French language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
