This pharmaceutical corporation based in Central London is recruiting for an Administration Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. This corporation is a global company and a market leader in the biopharmaceutical field. This role is a full-time role at 37.5 hours/week with a remote working arrangement available.
Your new role
Reporting to the Contracting Team Leader, with the duties of the role including:
- Providing administrative support to the team across contracting activities, supporting preparation and collection of documentation.
- Creating, updating and managing activities within internal systems, supporting supplier onboarding.
- Tracking, reporting and managing data across tools and dashboards.
- Coordinating and communicating across multiple teams, actioning assistance where possible.
- Providing support across internal compliance processes.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:
- Previous experience in an Administrative / Coordinator role.
- Prior experience within the Pharmaceutical sector is essential.
- Extensive experience with SAP Ariba, QMS and similar systems as well as proficiency with Excel.
- Strong project management skills, with demonstrated experience are highly advantageous.
- Highly organised individual with great attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
