A growing Chesterfield-based organisation is seeking a talented Digital Designer to join their marketing function in a newly created, business critical position. This role is ideal for a creative designer with strong digital skills who enjoys working across a wide variety of channels including social media, email, ecommerce, web, and print. Working within a passionate, product led environment, you'll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of digital content and supporting campaigns that reach customers across the UK and internationally. You'll collaborate closely with marketing colleagues and the commercial team to bring ideas to life and support brand growth. This position will report to the Marketing Director.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Producing high-quality, on brand designs across a full range of digital and print assets, including:
- Designing graphics, carousels, short-form video assets, covers and stories for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Creating visual content for promotional banners, hero images and campaign materials for websites and other online channels
- Producing and optimising product images, infographics and digital assets for company websites, Amazon and partner platforms
- Designing and building email templates and campaign visuals
- Producing promotional content and digital resources across web platforms
- Supporting the creation of brochures, catalogues, event materials and branded merchandise (Print and Branding)
- Management of product labels and packaging designs
- Ensuring all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and is checked for accuracy
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a digital or graphic design role required ideally 1-3 years
- Confident image-editing skills
- Experience designing for social media and digital marketing
- Experience creating and building email newsletters
- Understanding of HTML/CSS
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent attention to detail
