Your new role involves visiting and sampling a range of trade businesses across the West Wales catchment, liaising with staff on site, adhering to site instructions and risk assessments to collect a representative sample of their discharge as required under their consent conditions. Samples are dropped to a location for collection and logged using an online app system. Results obtained from these samples need to be communicated to the traders via a simple report and email correspondence.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Must pass DBS check.
- Full UK driving licence and must pass a licence check.
- Confident to travel to different sites and places.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and ensure samples are collected.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office as follow-up emails/reports will need to be drafted.
- Experience of working in a regulatory environment.
- Must be based between Gowerton and Carmarthen.
