The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

Your new role involves proactively managing the Executive's time, including regular review of diary commitments, identification of time for strategic thinking, and minimising time spent on low-priority meetings. You will implement and maintain an email triage system to categorise and prioritise incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and flagging urgent matters. Additionally, you will coordinate weekly planning sessions with the Executive to review upcoming commitments, adjust priorities, and ensure preparedness for key meetings. Tracking and reporting on key administrative metrics (e.g. meeting load, action completion rates, diary utilisation) will support continuous improvement. You will provide highly efficient, professional, and confidential support to members of the Executive Team.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Demonstrate expertise in a full range of administrative and organisational policies and procedures, acquired through training and relevant experience to degree level or equivalent.
  • Experience of working at a Personal or Executive Assistant level.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in all written and verbal contact, using negotiation and persuasive skills as required.
  • The ability to organise your own workload and time efficiently using initiative where appropriate and the ability to judge the importance of information.
  • Responsible for liaising with stakeholders, senior management, departmental staff, external organisations, and members of the public in a courteous manner at all times.
