Your new company Our client is a local Northern Ireland business, based on the Boucher Road. Your new role As an integral part of the business support function, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you\’ll be involved in everything from document preparation and project setup to invoicing, tender support, and internal communications. Key responsibilities include: Providing reception cover and switchboard support as needed Supporting technical staff with document editing, printing, scanning, and archiving Assisting with project setup, including quality documentation and subconsultant agreements Managing timesheets, leave tracking, and resource coordination Supporting tender submissions and maintaining bid trackers Ensuring compliance with QA procedures and maintaining internal registers Organising training forums and updating training matrices General office duties include meeting support and hospitality. What you\’ll need to succeed Minimum 2 years\’ experience in a similar administrative or business support role Strong MS Office skills, especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of initiative Experience supporting project teams or working in a consultancy environment is desirable.
