Hays are delighted to be partnering with a growing international organisation to recruit a Business Operations Assistant to join their London-based team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys working across multiple business functions.

You ll play a key role in supporting business operations, project coordination, governance activities, leadership reporting and internal communications within a fast-paced international environment.

The Role Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will: Support project coordination, reporting and business operations activities.

Prepare presentations, leadership updates, meeting packs and business documentation.

Coordinate commercial contracts, agreements and related documentation.

Maintain governance records, business archives and project documentation.

Track actions and ensure follow-up activities are completed.

Support marketing initiatives and business development communications.

Coordinate activity across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Assist with management reporting and business updates.

Ensure documentation is maintained accurately and in line with company processes.

About You To be successful in this role, you ll have: Previous experience within business operations, project coordination, governance, administration or a similar support function.
