We are looking for an immediately available Business Support candidate who ideally has some experience in Facilities or Health and Safety. Failing that, you must be a strong, organised administrator with superb customer service skills, as this role will be dealing with contractors and visitors to the building on a daily basis.
Your role will be to provide customer-focussed administrative support across finance, commercial and facilities teams, and an efficient and effective service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Duties:
- Business Administration and facilities administration tasks
- Reception cover where required
- Working with the landlord to ensure the premises comply with safety and health regulations.
- Managing relationships with external contractors for essential services such as cleaning, general maintenance and repairs.
- Keeping supplies well stocked, updating SOPs and policies and procedures so they are relevant and up to date.
- Preparing written responses to enquiries, processing incoming and outgoing post.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a similar role would be great, but as mentioned above, a strong administrator would be welcome to apply.
- Good written, verbal and IT skills are essential.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work face to face with visitors to the building.
- Ideally previous experience of facilities administration/coordination would be advantageous.
- Flexible 37-hour week, this role will be 100% office-based.
