Your new company is a leading organisation within the infrastructure and engineering sector seeking an experienced and proactive Administrator to join their team in Falmer on a short-term temporary basis. Your new role involves acting as a central point of coordination between internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders. You'll provide comprehensive administrative support while helping to ensure effective communication across the organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting HR communications, employee engagement activities, and internal announcements
- Assisting with the preparation and distribution of company communications and updates
- Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries and correspondence
- Supporting community engagement initiatives and stakeholder communications
- Coordinating meetings, diaries, and team events

What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or coordinator position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- High attention to detail and accuracy
