Your new role Welcoming clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner. Managing the phone system, transferring calls and handling enquiries. Managing sensitive client records, including preparing engagement letters and collecting compliance documentation. Handling incoming and outgoing post and sorting deliveries. Scanning and filing documentation into a central document management system. What you'll need to succeed Exceptional verbal and written communication with a confident, approachable and professional telephone manner. Prior experience of working as a receptionist or administrator in a professional services environment. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn bespoke systems. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
