The predicted salary is between 12.6 - 15.4 £ per hour.

Your new role involves reviewing and ensuring all work orders have the correct problem code, site location, contact details, and a detailed description of works required, problems, and any access issues. Responsibilities include:

  • Raising reactive work orders for Engineers
  • Raising new work orders for Contract Managers
  • Allocating all work orders
  • Monitoring inboxes as and when required
  • Communicating effectively with customers, both internally and externally, for the capture, recording, and distribution of service calls

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Previous experience of working in a construction admin role
  • Scheduling experience
  • Experience of raising work orders
  • Excellent telephone manner, with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Demonstrable accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
