Your new company
You will be working with a public sector organisation that operates in the medical field. This busy and fast-paced role will be based in their Bangor offices and supporting a multidisciplinary team until March 2026.
Your new role
As an administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the division's work currently being done across mid and north Wales. Your duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for the department
- Reviewing and inputting data before submitting it via the CRM database
- Monitoring inboxes ensuring applications are allocated correctly
- Managing departmental administration
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Responsible for meeting room, car parking, hospitality bookings
- General administration as required
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will demonstrate a keen eye for detail to ensure that no errors are being processed. You will be a team player who looks to support a department where necessary with administration duties, and you will display a positive and enthusiastic approach to your work. You must be IT literate and basic Welsh is desirable but not essential. Due to the nature of the organisation, you must be able to pass additional checks such as a DBS check.
What you'll get in return
This is an excellent opportunity to join a local organisation on a short-term temporary basis. They are able to offer an immediate start subject to DBS checks. Mon-Fri full-time hours. Please do not apply unless you are able to commute to Bangor, North Wales, on a daily basis.
