Your new company A well-established and growing professional services organisation is seeking a proactive Financial Services Administrator to join its supportive team based in Altrincham. Your new role As Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across a range of client and business activities. Responsibilities will include preparing correspondence and documentation, maintaining accurate records, updating internal systems, liaising with clients and third parties, handling queries, and supporting the end-to-end processing of applications and requests. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure a high standard of service is delivered, while managing multiple priorities and meeting important deadlines. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have previous administration experience and excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload effectively. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence in using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, are essential.
