My client is an award-winning, RIBA chartered Architectural practice located in Leicestershire. They have an extremely varied portfolio, completing multiple projects in the high-end residential, commercial, leisure, logistics and more. You will be joining a close-knit, collaborative team of 23 as a Project Running Architect, where employee retention is extremely high and the opportunities to develop are endless.

In your role as a Project Running Architect, you will be focused on tasks such as:

  • Running projects.
  • Coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Managing all technical aspects from start to finish.
  • Collaborating in a team.
  • Examining other team members' work.

To apply for this role, it is essential you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a UK-based role.
  • Strong technical ability.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD.
  • Proficiency with Revit (Advantageous).
  • RIBA/ARB Registration (Advantageous).
