Senior Site Manager

Due to continued growth and a newly secured project, they are now seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead a prestigious hotel extension and refurbishment in the heart of Edinburgh. Your new role As the Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, oversee health and safety compliance, and liaise closely with the client and project team. This is a live environment project, so experience in managing refurbishments with minimal disruption is essential. What you\’ll need to succeed Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on hotel or high-end refurbishment projects Strong leadership and communication skills SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certifications Ability to manage complex logistics and work in live environments A proactive and solutions-focused approach to site challenges Experience working in Edinburgh or similar urban settings is advantageous.
