Hays Construction is delighted to be working alongside a leading Liverpool-based Contractor to recruit an MEP / M&E Manager for their team.

Location and Project Details

Based in Merseyside, this contractor operates across the Northwest and is currently working on a prestigious project in Liverpool City Centre.

Candidate Requirements

1. Qualified M&E professional, from Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
2. Experience in design coordination (MEP) or a leadership role.
3. Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding M&E matters on a high-profile new build construction project.
4. Strong leadership and advisory skills with a robust understanding of the construction process, including design, pre-construction, programming, and commercial aspects.
5. Experience supporting design coordination of live projects and reporting to senior leadership.
6. Previous management experience in a commercial new build project.
