A Housing Association has a fantastic permanent opportunity for an Asset Investment Manager working within planned asset management.

The Role

Working as part of the Management Team, you will provide leadership and direction to your team. In this role, you will lead the delivery of the annual Asset Investment Plan, valued at approximately £25m, through a dedicated team. This includes estate regeneration, component replacement, major works, and special projects within social housing. You will have experience with various contract delivery models, ensuring customer involvement and prioritising safety. You will manage a team of four direct reports, including two building surveyors and one quantity surveyor.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Significant recent relevant social housing maintenance experience at a managerial level
  • Professional qualifications in a relevant area
  • Proven track record of delivering diverse work programmes in a public sector or commercial environment
  • Educated to HNC level or equivalent
  • Experience in the social housing sector/industry
  • Experience with Health and Safety in property maintenance and minor works projects
  • Contract management experience
