Your new company is a reputable family-run civils contractor based in the North West that specialises in commercial, infrastructure, educational, health and utilities projects. They have been successful and awarded a number of contracts on exciting framework contracts in the North West and require a number of experienced civils gangs to work on utility projects across the Greater Manchester area.
Your new role involves 40-50 hours available working on various utility frameworks sites across Greater Manchester including United Utilities and Electricity North West. Responsibilities include:
- Excavator Operation
- Trenching and Digging
- Lifting Operations
- Backfilling and Grading
What you will need to succeed:
- Blue CPCS / NPORS card above and below 10 tonnes
- Lifting Ops required
- Streetworks (ideally)
- DBS Basic (Hays can make the DBS application)
- H100 Electricity training (Ideally - can be put through this training once started)
- Experience in utilities would be advantageous.
